Shipping Details

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. 
Delivery: 4-9 business days.

Business days are Monday - Friday and we ship out every business day. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

To reduce our environmental impact, orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment partners and warehouse facilities. By operating from one central location, we are able to streamline our logistics and minimize unnecessary transportation and emissions.

During sale periods orders may take a bit longer to dispatch, please be mindful of this if you are needing an order quickly.

All orders come with free shipping.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Ellorini is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

We are not liable if the package is lost or stolen after the item has been marked as delivered.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.
• We are not responsible for orders that are lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
• The original shipping fee is not refundable if the package is returned back

Need to cancel your order? 

Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order with Ellorini:

• Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Unfortunately, we won't always be able to cancel orders after 1 hour as they may already be in the processing stage. Please inform us as soon as you can.

CUSTOMS, IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable import duties and taxes are fully covered by Ellorini. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery, ensuring smooth customs clearance and a hassle-free shopping experience.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us here

HOW WILL MY PACKAGES ARRIVE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
